Originally built in 1905 as the headquarters for the US Express Company, 101 Greenwich underwent a redevelopment that seamlessly integrated sustainability with cutting-edge amenities, creating a modern workspace that respected its historical roots. Upon entry, tenants and visitors were welcomed by a striking first-floor glass façade, blurring the lines between the outdoors and the building’s interior.

The building was equipped with smart turnstiles that communicated directly with elevators, allowing for a frictionless experience as tenants were automatically queued to their desired floors—no touch or card required. Exposed brick walls, industrial metal beams, and cozy corners throughout the space reflected Cove’s commitment to preserving the building’s historical charm while offering contemporary functionality.
